1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or requesting exterior cleaning services from Rapid Response Pressure Washing ("Company," "we," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Quotes and Service Confirmations
Submitting an inquiry through our website quote form constitutes a request for an estimate, not a confirmed booking or service contract. Quotes are provided based on property details shared and surface condition. Final pricing and service dates are confirmed separately by mutual agreement.
3. Property Access and Water Supply
Clients agree to provide access to operational exterior water connections and clear sensitive outdoor items (such as cushions, loose decor, and vehicles) from the designated cleaning area prior to our scheduled arrival.
4. Surface Expectations & Pre-Existing Conditions
While professional pressure washing and softwashing will remove surface dirt, algae, mold, and seasonal grime, certain pre-existing conditions—including deep petroleum absorption into unsealed concrete, UV paint oxidation, weathered or rotting wood fibers, and acid burns—cannot be reversed by washing. We inspect surfaces and discuss realistic expectations before starting work.
